Everything was absolutely brilliant in every aspect. You feel so well as soon as you enter the premises. F ths i The room was perfect, and the view was out of this world. The meals were exceptional, and the service was impeccable. We had the honour to meet the owner, Mr. Bob Bailey. We often spoke to our friend, the GM Zenzo, and the Vice GM Cornelius and received superb advice from them. The service by the staff members and specifically Siya and Bars, was out of this world. We'll be back to our little paradise in a year again.

Lovely position overlooking the ocean. Our suite was nicely designed with comfortable seating as well as a comfortable bed. A small balcony was a welcome addition and we watched a school of dolphins swim past on both mornings we stayed. Staff are considerate and helpful. Big shout out to Armstrong whose warmth and huge smile lit up the room. Food was really good - both b’fast (best bacon and gluten free bread) and evening meal was delightful.

The view was extraordinary, you can't help but stare at the sea from the dinning room for a long long time! Recommend to book with breakfast, the food is good and you can have it in front of the sea. Safe parking, all gated and well lit. All the staff that we interacted with were always very nice and always happy to help - service on breakfast, booked us a table in a local restaurante, tips for the area and everything you can imagine. We know the country suffers with scheduled power cuts, but it was great that the hotel had a generator, so we had eletricity at all times. Amazing place, highly recommend and hope to be back very very soon!

We chose the hotel, because it is in proximity to the Robberg Nature Reserve (Peninsula), where we spent a wonderful time, walking around the peninsula. It is in a quiet and safe area on a hill with nice views. Nicely decorated restaurant with opportunities to sit and eat outside as well. The room was spacious with direct access to a private courtyard (we are smokers), the beds were comfortable, delicious dinner & ecellent breakfast with buffett plus warm meals to be ordered. We liked the modern style of the house and rooms and the WiFi was sufficiently good. Secure car parking at the back.

Fabulous location right in the centre of Robberg Beach, close to surf school and with easy driving access to downtown Plett for restaurants and amenities. The staff were INCREDIBLE, always with a smile and always willing to help. The housekeeping team offered their needlework services when a zip broke, and the manager deserves a huge thank you for getting something back to us that had been left behind after our departure. Amazing effort guys! ❤️ Breakfasts were fabulous, overlooking the ocean and with a great choice of food.
